We use a wonderful range of fresh veggies across our range of meals from bright butternut squash to plump red peppers, through to exotic lemongrass and zingy ginger. We use delicious Italian chopped tomatoes made with naturally ripened organic tomatoes.
We source our deliciously creamy organic coconut oil and creamed coconut from a family run business with an unwavering commitment to ethically and sustainably sourced food.
We LOVE legumes! We champion the humble pulse and adore the flavour and texture of red kidney beans, cannellini beans, green lentils, red split lentils and chickpeas which you can find across our range of meals. We think pulses tick all the boxes, from being a nutritional powerhouse, rich in protein and fibre, through to being a super sustainable protein source!
We include a range of aromatic spices in our meals to excite little taste buds and to help create adventurous palates. All of our dishes are mild to suit all ages. Our dried apricots are naturally dried and ripened which means they contain no preservatives - they are darker in colour and have loads of rich natural flavour and goodness.
We love the flavour and highly regarded health credentials of extra-virgin olive oil - for all our dishes except curries. In these we opt for organic coconut oil, as it pairs well with the fragrant spices.
