We offer FREE delivery on orders over £50.

Please email us with a photograph of anything you are unhappy with and we will do our best to send you out a replacement or offer a refund. We cannot accept returns.

All payment is taken through our website with Shopify. Shopify accepts all major payment methods.

We are pleased to offer Next Day delivery on all orders Monday-Saturday, if placed before midday. If you place your order after midday your order will arrive two days later. If you place an order after Friday midday through to Sunday midday your order will arrive on the Monday. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with our overnight courier the day before delivery. You will then receive updates directly from our courier service on a more specific delivery time. Please note we cannot make changes to your order once you have placed this as we will have started preparing your order. 

Our meals are packed in an insulated box with ice packs to keep the meals completely frozen. If you are not in to receive the delivery then the courier will leave the insulated box on your doorstep. The meals will stay frozen until the end of the working day. Please place your products directly in your freezer once they have arrived with you and store at -18C.

Please note it is not possible to re-arrange delivery of our meals with the courier as the delivery is perishable.

We’ve worked hard to ensure all our packaging is either recyclable, compostable or biodegradable - being planet friendly is close to our heart. Please see this post on how to recycle your packaging for further information.

Each kids meal (200g) serves two young children or one older child, depending on their appetite.

Each family meal (500g) serves two adults or one adult and two kids.

Our meals have been created with a registered nutritionist to ensure the meals are well balanced. Our family meals use exactly the same recipe as the kids meals, parents love our meals too!

All meals do need to be served with a carbohydrate on the side like pasta, rice, couscous, baked potato, oven baked fries, mash, tortillas, the list goes on! We’ve given serving suggestions on the product pages and on the packaging to make choosing easier.

Allergens are highlighted in bold on the individual product pages within the ingredient breakdowns and on the product sleeves themselves when they arrive with you. Please note that our kitchen handles all major allergens so our products may contain traces of all major allergens. Please don't hesistate to email or call us with any questions about allergens in our products.
