LAZY NACHOS - only 5 ingredients, made in 5 minutes!

Don’t these look like the TASTIEST NACHOS ever 🤤 well they are quite possibly the LAZIEST nachos too! 

There’s no better excuse to eat nachos when they contain not two but THREE of your five a day. Our kids have devoured these as much as we have. Using our kids size sweet potato & bean chilli which packs in two of your five a day on its own plus the guac and tomatoes it really is super nutritious.

They honestly taste even better than they look and make a speedy lunch, tasty mid afternoon snack or a sharing starter for the family - just try our family size chilli ❤️ Really is a must try… we promise 🙌

 

All you need is 5 ingredients! 

- Wildly Tasty Sweet Potato & Bean Chilli (Kids size or family size for sharing)

- Cheese, grated (your choice, we used plant-based mozzarella)

- Few spoonfuls of guacamole

- Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

- Few handfuls of tortilla chips, for dipping

Simply microwave your Wildly Tasty bean chilli in its tray until cooked (as per instructions on sleeve), then sprinkle over some cheese, place back in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute until the cheese has melted. Top with spoonfuls of guacamole and cherry tomatoes and serve with tortilla chips . YUM!
